Have a question you’d like to ask? I’m committed to giving patients the best care and experience I can. There’s no such thing as a bad question when it comes to mental health. Check out the answers to the FAQs below, and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any additional questions.
HOW ARE YOU CURRENTLY OFFERING SESSIONS?
I am offering both in-person and online therapy. For telehealth, I use Google Meet which is confidential and HIPAA compliant.
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Evening or weekend sessions may be available on a limited basis.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THESE SERVICES?
Cash, check, Health Care Spending Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is expected at the time of session.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
A limited number of reduced rate sessions are available on an as-needed basis for clients who demonstrate financial need.
DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
I am in network with United Healthcare, Optum, UMR and Aetna, but you should contact your insurance provider to determine your actual cost of counseling.
Below are some helpful questions for when you contact your insurance provider:
Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
I know that last minute things pop up. If you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee.
WHAT TYPES OF CLIENTS DO YOU WORK WITH?
I prefer to work with individual adults, age 18 and up.
